Which part stopped?
Begin with the last action that worked. If the homepage opens but a bookmark does not, search the title again. If the page opens but a film will not play on the viewing service, the catalog and player are separate steps. Keep the film, edition and error message in view while troubleshooting.
Search returns no title
Remove extra filters first. A year, language and production-country combination can exclude a film that is present under its translated title. Try the shortest distinctive part of its name. For One Piece, compare the 1999 animation with the 2023 live-action series instead of treating their episode numbers as interchangeable.
A saved list seems empty
Check the browser profile and whether you opened a private window. My List is stored in the browser where you created it. It will not appear automatically on a new phone. Restore a backup if you made one; do not clear site data as your first response to a missing list.
Video or subtitles stop elsewhere
Use the selected service's own player controls and help. Test one change at a time: another supplied subtitle track, a supported app, or a lower quality setting. If only one episode fails, record its title and number rather than describing the entire service as unavailable.
